An 18-page desk reference designed for solo builders who need a repeatable process, not enterprise paperwork.
Founder speed with an engineering flight plan
When you are product owner, developer, and release manager, Claude Code can remove toil — but it cannot supply independent judgement. Install a lightweight loop that protects the product without becoming ceremony.

The Claude Code Shipping System
An 18-page field guide for taking a feature from a clear issue to a small, tested, reviewable release with Claude Code.
Built for real repositories
Use existing commands, conventions, tests, CI, and deployment boundaries instead of replacing them with an AI-only process.
Reusable session patterns
Briefing, exploration, planning, implementation, debugging, review, and release prompts you can adapt to each project.
Risk-aware by default
Extra gates for authentication, money, data migrations, permissions, secrets, destructive actions, and production writes.
One payment, files to keep
Instant PDFs, no subscription, no course portal, and no dependency on a specific framework.
7-day goodwill fit guarantee
If the system is clearly not a fit, email support@orangeink.consulting about an eligible refund.

What you download

Claude Code is fast. Is your release loop?
Does a small request turn into a large diff you cannot review with confidence?
Do sessions begin with repeated repository explanations and missing constraints?
Does “tests pass” hide a broken user journey, migration, or production assumption?
Would a repeatable shipping loop save more time than another bag of clever prompts?

Build a small evidence trail with every feature
Use the system beside Claude Code and your editor. Each stage produces something inspectable: a bounded issue, an approved plan, a focused diff, test evidence, and a release note.
Repository briefing
Load the architecture, conventions, commands, risks, and definition of done without pasting the whole codebase into a prompt.
Plan before mutation
Make Claude inspect first, state assumptions, identify touched surfaces, and propose the smallest reviewable sequence.
Test and review gates
Separate automated checks, diff review, user-journey proof, and human acceptance so one green command never stands in for confidence.
Release-ready handoff
Close with changed behaviour, evidence, known limits, rollback notes, and the next safe action.
Simple path
The shipping loop
- 1
Brief the job
Name the user outcome, acceptance checks, relevant files, constraints, and explicit non-goals.
- 2
Work in reviewable slices
Ask Claude Code to implement one planned slice, run the right checks, and explain unexpected changes before continuing.
- 3
Prove the release
Inspect the final diff, exercise the real journey, record evidence, and keep deployment approval with a human.
Questions, answered
Before you decide
Who is this for?
Indie hackers, freelancers, and technical founders who already maintain and ship software with Claude Code. It assumes you can read a diff, run project checks, and make the final engineering call.
What do I receive?
The free Pre-Flight Checklist is an 8-page PDF. The paid Shipping System is an 18-page field guide. The optional Agent Rules Pack and 6-page Production Workflow Workbook are separate checkout add-ons.
Does it depend on a framework or Claude Code feature?
No. The examples fit modern application repositories, but the core loop uses durable engineering practices: inspect, plan, implement narrowly, test, review, verify, and release. Adapt commands and rules to your stack.
Is the Agent Rules Pack a replacement for project documentation?
No. It gives you concise starting rules for CLAUDE.md and specialist tasks. You still need accurate local commands, architecture notes, data boundaries, and team conventions.
Will this make AI-generated code correct?
No workflow can guarantee correctness. The system reduces avoidable mistakes by making assumptions, scope, tests, review, and end-to-end evidence explicit. You remain responsible for every release.
Can Claude Code handle credentials or deploy for me?
The system recommends least privilege and human approval for secrets, production writes, payments, data changes, and deployments. Never paste credentials into prompts or grant broader access than the task needs.
What is the refund policy?
There is a 7-day goodwill fit guarantee for eligible refunds. Email support@orangeink.consulting from your checkout address and tell us what you tried.
